The Role - Customer Service (In/Out bound)/Account Management
- This position is a dual role - combining Customer Service & Account Management, both Inbound and Outbound.
- Managing a portfolio of existing accounts within a designated territory, and across varied industries and assisting customers in their transition to our Website, online ordering.
- With a strong focus on growing & maintaining current business whilst developing new opportunities.
- Provide customers with a range of high-quality products, value added services, and solve their cleaning issues. This will incorporate quoting & providing supporting product data.
- Management of a CRM in line with our business strategy.
- Actively participate in weekly Sales meetings.
- Develop cohesive relationships with immediate team, providing coverage & support when required.
- Supporting this role is a dedicated team focused on delivering excellent customer service, mobile Service Technicians and a large scale distribution network. All the tools required to excel in the given market.
The Person - You must have:
- Experience in managing customer accounts.
- A strong focus for providing excellent service to your existing customer base, whilst looking for new account opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, in person, on the phone & by email.
- Great follow up skills and attention to detail.
- A passion to excel in sales and product marketing. Whilst experience in the cleaning industry would be favourable, it's not compulsory.
- Ability to rapidly gain knowledge of a wide range of products and services. Product training will be provided.
- Excellent time management skills and be a team player.
- KPI's are managed through Call Cycle, Pipeline and Weekly Reporting and Sales Budgets.
- Assisting with office duties & activities.
- Sound computer skills including email and MS Office applications using Outlook to record all activities. Word & Excel is a must.
The successful candidate will be offered:
- A fulltime position of 38 hours per week, (8:30am - 4:40pm) Monday to Friday. No remote work available due to the nature of the role.
